Who owns Huqqa Dubai?

This blog post takes a look at the new Huqqa Dubai restaurant opening in the city-state. The founder, Mrs. Simay Uras, contributes her recipes to the newly-opened restaurant. The majority of the team behind Huqqa Dubai is Iranian and they have a say in the taste of all dishes served there.

Huqqa Dubai has been designed by Mrs. Uras with two major colors being used: blue and gold, which are long-standing symbols of the Persian Empire and culture. The restaurant is located in Al Maryah Island, behind Dubai Mall, with Simay Uras as its owner.

The Huqqa Dubai uses Persian cuisine, using traditional food items and modern technology. The restaurant is serving over 50 dishes with 15-20 being main courses.

The interior of the Huqqa UAE restaurant has a blue color scheme with a gold theme. The design of the cupola room is inspired from Persian architecture; for instance, the shape of upstairs area is inspired from Kish Island Saman house, which contrasts with its surroundings when looking at it from below.

Huqqa Dubai serves traditional Persian food and beverages. There are three dining areas: ground floor, second floor and the rooftop terrace. The main entrance to the restaurant is located in the middle of a new structure that is entirely made up of LED lights.

The Huqqa UAE is a mixed-use development that consists of retail, F&B outlets, residences and business offices on the ground floor area along with the restaurant's dining areas.

Huqqa Dubai is a new Persian restaurant opening in the United Arab Emirates. The founder, Mrs. Simay Uras, is also the owner of the restaurant. She contributes her own recipes to the menu of Huqqa Dubai; she has also designed and decorated the interior of the restaurant. It’s located in Al Maryah Island, behind Dubai Mall.
